  • Messages you send through the Platform

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location

Information from third parties:

  • Property records and ownership data from third-party public-records providers

  • Payment metadata (last four digits, card brand, billing postal code) from Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers
  • Verification and fraud-prevention signals

Third-party data you upload: When you import or search for property owner contact information, you are uploading personal data about third parties onto the Platform. You act as the data controller for that third-party data, and we process it on your behalf solely to deliver the services you request. See Section 11 for more.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process payments, manage your subscription, and operate the Wallet
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices) — these cannot be opted out of while your account is active
  • Send product update and marketing emails — you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing roee@nahmanigroup.com

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following:

  • Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the services you have subscribed to
  • Legitimate interests: security and fraud prevention, product improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers (subject to your right to object)
  • Consent: where we have asked for and received your consent (e.g., cookies beyond strictly necessary ones)
  • Legal obligation: where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law

5. How we share your information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers: companies that help us deliver the Platform under contract, including Stripe (payments), SMS and email delivery providers, property data providers, cloud hosting, and analytics. They may only use your data to perform services for us.
  • Other users: when you post in community groups, create a public profile, or share content, other users see that content consistent with your privacy settings.
  • Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nahmani Investments LLC, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfer: if we merge with or are acquired by another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

If we ever share data for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this Policy, add a "Do Not Sell or Share" link, and comply with applicable opt-out requirements before doing so.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. Categories:

  • Strictly necessary: session authentication and security cookies. Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: remember your settings and preferences.
  • Analytics: aggregate usage data to improve the Platform. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings or responding to any cookie consent prompt.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add them in the future, this section and any applicable cookie banner will be updated before deployment.

7. Data retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after closure, then deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law.
  • Transaction and billing records: retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
  • Community content: posts and comments may remain visible after account closure unless you request deletion; see Section 9.
  • Skip-trace results: retained for the period necessary to deliver the service and then purged consistent with our data-provider agreements.
  • Legal acceptance records: retained indefinitely as legal evidence of your consent.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of a breach affecting your personal data as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

Third parties whose data was uploaded by a user should contact that user directly. If you cannot identify the user, contact us at roee@nahmanigroup.com and we will assist to the extent permitted by law.

12. Children's privacy
